Projects, team chat, timesheets and billing, in one place
Brief the work on a board, talk it through with your team and your clients in the same project, log the hours against it and bill what was approved. One tool instead of four, with freelancers paid from the same timesheets.
Thirty days, every feature, no credit card required. Managers, administrators and finance never cost a cent.

The client's marketing lead comments in a shared thread. Guests see only the threads you invite them into, and are never charged.

Less chasing, more making
Clients in the conversation
Invite a client's people into the threads you choose. They see those and nothing else: never your cards, your hours or your other threads.
Freelancers on the same sheet
A freelancer's month becomes an acceptance protocol at their cost rate, countersigned by their manager and approved before it is paid.
Managers are free
Account directors who approve and producers who only read the reports are never charged. You pay for the people who log time.
You pay for the people who log time, not the people who manage them
Most time trackers charge a seat for everyone who signs in, including the managers who approve and the administrators who run it, and the approvals and reports those managers need often sit on a higher plan that raises the price of every seat. Clock Clerk charges only for the people who log hours that month. Everyone who reviews, approves, administers or reads the reports is free, on every plan.

Asked before they switch
Can our clients join the conversation?
Yes, on any paid plan. Share a thread on a project and invite your client's people by email. They sign in from the link and see only the threads they were invited into, never your cards, hours or other threads, and they are not charged.
Can a manager see everyone?
Only the clients and projects they were granted. A grant is not a seat on a team either: a manager books nothing until a project is ticked for them like anybody else.
Do managers and administrators cost more?
They cost nothing. Only the people who log hours in a month are billed, and at one price whatever their role. A manager who approves, an administrator who runs the organization and a finance lead who only reads the reports are free, however many you have.
